𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄 is a dubbing competition in English for university students which is co-hosted by the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Youth Union and Student Union of Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB). Following the success of the first season, Sound to Sense season 2 has made an official comeback with an aim to find new dubbing talents from several universities in Ho Chi Minh City.
Titled "Films and humanistic values", SOUND TO SENSE 2022 provides a valuable opportunity for participants who are passionate about dubbing in English and eager to show their talents. The competition also conveys several meaningful messages through movie extracts. Contrary to the online format in the first season, season 2 is held on site which creates a venue for university students in Ho Chi Minh City to meet, compete and have fun.
The competition preliminaries were held from October 15, 2022 to November 5, 2022. Through 50 video clips sent to the organizing committee from the contestants, 15 teams with the best performances were selected to enter the semi-final on November 27, 2022. After this round, five best performing teams were shortlisted for the final.
The final of the Sound to Sense 2022 was held on December 21, 2022 at the auditorium of the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, featuring many interesting performances which entertained audiences including guests from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, sponsors, and over 300 students from several univeristies and colleges in HCM city. The judges included Mr. Phan Le Vinh Thong, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Ho Chi Minh University of Banking, Ms. Hoang Kieu Khanh and Mr. Huynh Vu Thach from two other organizations.
Sound to Sense 2022 would not achieve great success without the contribution of the organizing committee and the sponsorship from various several companies including VUS as the gold sponsor.

01 third prize: Aloha
02 consolation prizes: Go Hard or Go Home and We Bare Bears
