“Staying home is happiness – Each day at home, I choose a joy” is a contest directed by the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and hosted by the Union - Association of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
This competition is a place where students in the Faculty of Foreign Language express their opinions, share their real-life stories over the course of the nationwide social distancing.
After launching for 2 weeks, from 6/4 to 22/4, this contest was held successfully and grabbed the attention of many students inside and outside the faculty. The event was very successful. The fanpage of the Union — Faculty of Foreign Languages during the program had over a hundred thousand visits of the participant entries.
Each entry is a work of art, a personality, a different learning or working style, and through their works, they have shown their positivity in strictly obeying social distancing. At the same time, their creative and dynamic works sent an important message to the community "Staying home is happiness - Each day at home, I choose a joy”. This is a very meaningful program from the Faculty of Foreign Languages. The aim of this is to encourage students to study and work from home, as well as recall their roles as a younger generation who needs to encourage everyone to strictly follow the isolation order, to accompany with the government and fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
