- Executive Committee of the Youth Union - Student Union of the University.
- Executive Committee of the Youth Union - Student Union of each Faculty.
- Secretaries, class president, class vice president, student president of classes and 03 students selected and listed by the class members.
- Boards of executives of clubs affiliated to the Youth Union, the Student Union of the University.
- Student representatives of all rooms in the dormitory.

+ Permanent member of Youth Union, Student Union at school and faculty level, president of clubs, teams and groups; the class president make a list of student attendance according to the attached form and send it to the Student Affairs Department (phongctsv@buh.edu.vn) before 5:00 p.m. on June 4, 2019.
+ Heads of rooms in the Dormitory make a list of 01 delegate per room (attached form) and send it to quatnv@buh.edu.vn before 5:00 p.m. on June 3, 2019 to gather the total participants and send to the Student Affairs Department members as prescribed.
+ Students should wear neat and polite clothes and bring their Student ID cards.
